Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our manufacturing facility in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. We ship worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time

Before your order is handed to the carrier, it goes through our quality control and packing process. Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation and dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times by Region

These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

PrecisionGeek® ships from Poland (European Union). Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority.

  • Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • We have no control over customs processes or the fees applied
  • We are unable to predict whether charges will apply or how much they will be
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure

Please note for UK customers: Since Brexit, orders from the EU may be subject to UK import VAT and/or customs duty depending on the order value and product type.

Please note for US customers: Following recent changes to US customs regulations, import fees may apply to orders regardless of value. These fees are not included in your order total and will be collected by UPS or US Customs on delivery.

5. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@precisiongeek.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost, or arrange a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Please allow the following before reporting a lost parcel:

  • UK & EU: at least 15 business days after the dispatch date
  • USA: at least 15 business days after the dispatch date
  • Rest of World: at least 30 business days after the dispatch date

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be charged.
